Educated at the art school in Holbaek and at the school of danish design Copenhagen, Denmark.
Selfstudies in Amsterdam and Cairo.
Lives and works in Berlin since 2002.

The central themes in my artwork cover unrest, movement and change. In paintings and drawings, collage and text, I reflect on life and then seize impulses from a general perspective, which can be drawn from long-term, personal experiences:

In my work, I am always searching lor individual truth-sure - whether in myself, or in the people around me. Naked and on this search, I use art to dive into what is behind the clichés, the charming facades and self-promotion.

The goal of my work is to authentically and honestly demonstrate deep and complicated feelings, which due to its directness would like to come into contact with the observer - Also because it poses abstract and playfull questions, my art is about the real exchange between people and about the reality of contact- This gives rise to humor, as much as to certain provocation, through which an internal excitement is brought into being and leads to a confrontation with art and honest reactions to life.
